Purpose and fitment for Ford Tourneo Connect Mk2

The presented item has been developed specifically for the Ford Tourneo Connect Mk2 model, ensuring it maintains the correct shapes, mounting points, and dashboard styling line. Its placement on the left side of the vehicle guarantees compatibility with the factory interior layout and allows for seamless integration with existing cockpit elements. The original glove box design ensures:

• stable seating in the mounting points provided by the manufacturer,
• proper fitment with adjacent dashboard panels,
• maintenance of ergonomics for both the driver and passenger.

Construction and functionality of the glove box

The glove box in the Ford Tourneo Connect Mk2 serves as a lockable storage compartment for vehicle documents, the owner's manual, and daily accessories used while driving. The design provided by the manufacturer allows for convenient opening and closing, as well as secure storage of contents while driving over uneven surfaces. Thanks to the factory design, you get:

• consistent interior appearance – color and shape matched to the Tourneo Connect Mk2 dashboard,
• ergonomic access to the storage contents from the driver and passenger seats,
• space for documents and small items as intended by the manufacturer.

Condition, origin, and advantages of choosing a used part

This item comes from the used Ford components group, meaning it is an original part from dismantling, not a replacement of uncertain origin. This type of solution allows you to maintain factory fitment while reducing the costs of repairing or restoring the vehicle's interior. Choosing a used glove box also means:

• real support for the circular economy through the reuse of functional components,
• reduction of waste and environmental impact,
• a favorable price-to-quality ratio compared to new sub-assemblies. Installation and application in the cockpit area

The glove box designed for installation on the left side of the vehicle allows for the restoration of original cockpit functionality after a collision, mechanical damage, or wear of the previous element. Thanks to the factory design, it is possible to use existing mounting points and hardware, which facilitates service work and shortens repair time. In practice, this means:

• the ability to restore full storage functionality without interfering with the dashboard structure,
• preservation of the original styling line of the Ford Tourneo Connect Mk2 interior,
• easier vehicle resale thanks to an organized and complete cockpit.
