Purpose and fitment

The set has been designed specifically for the front cabin area of the Ford Tourneo Custom, taking into account the shape of the center tunnel, door sills, and factory mounting points. Proper profiling facilitates installation and allows for stable positioning of the carpet without unwanted shifting while driving. Placement in the front floor zone helps protect the most heavily used area of the interior – under the driver's and passenger's feet. This effectively limits wear and tear on the original floor panel and trim elements.

Protective function and user comfort

As an item from the Carpets, floor mats, trunk liners group, the set performs several key functions:

• protection of the floor against dirt, moisture, and minor mechanical damage,
• improvement of acoustic comfort through additional noise dampening from the chassis,
• organized finish for the driver and passenger footwell,
• easier maintenance of cleanliness in the cabin. The appropriate surface structure promotes secure footing, which is especially important in the pedal area. The set allows for maintaining the consistent, factory character of the interior, which is significant both from an aesthetic point of view and for the vehicle's value.

Characteristics of the original Ford part

The offered set is a part branded by Ford, which means compliance with factory design and assembly standards. Original fitment translates into:

• precise adherence to the shape of the floor in the front cabin area,
• compatibility with factory mountings and trim elements,
• visual consistency with the dashboard and door panels. The used condition of the item makes it a cost-effective solution while maintaining the assembly parameters typical for OEM parts. It is a practical option for post-accident repairs, replacing worn-out carpeting, or refurbishing a heavily used fleet interior.

Application in service and interior restoration

The Ford Tourneo Custom front cabin floor carpet set will work well both in professional body shops and in workshops specializing in comprehensive interior restoration. It can be used for:

• restoring the factory condition of the cabin after body repairs,
• replacing worn or damaged carpeting in the front zone,
• preparing the vehicle for resale, where aesthetics and consistency of finish matter. Choosing an original floor set reduces the risk of fitment issues typical of universal replacements and facilitates quick installation without modifications.
