Purpose and fitment for the Ford Ranger Mk6

The floor carpet set has been developed as an interior equipment component for the sixth-generation Ford Ranger, taking into account the specific geometry of the center tunnel, door sills, and floor shape. The set covers the front and rear zones, allowing for a consistent replacement or supplement to the factory equipment throughout the passenger cabin. Being an original Ford product ensures the correct shape, fitment, and compatibility with factory mounting points.

Construction and protective function of the carpets

The floor carpet set creates a continuous, fitted surface that stabilizes on the vehicle floor and minimizes shifting while driving. The construction of the set is prepared for typical commercial vehicle operating conditions – from daily city driving to intensive off-road use. The carpets help reduce the penetration of dirt into the floor structure, which makes it easier to keep the interior clean and slows down the wear process of the factory floor panels and protective coatings.

Benefits of using original Ford carpets

Using the original floor carpet set in a Ford Ranger Mk6 provides a number of practical benefits:

• visually consistent finish of the entire cabin thanks to the fitment to the interior lines,
• better protection of the floor against dirt and mechanical damage,
• reduction of noise and vibrations transmitted from the road,
• easier maintenance of the interior cleanliness due to the uniform working surface. For users who use their vehicle intensively, such a set is a reasonable way to maintain interior functionality without the need for costly floor repairs in the future. Original Ford origin also helps maintain the vehicle's value upon resale.

Condition, application, and installation

The carpet set comes from disassembly and is offered as a used item, which allows for an economical replacement of worn or damaged factory mats while maintaining OEM equipment compliance. The set includes both the front and rear sections, which facilitates a one-time upgrade of the entire cabin floor zone. Installation involves fitting the carpets to the shape of the floor and utilizing the mounting points provided by the manufacturer, making the replacement process simple and possible to perform in workshop or garage conditions.
