Purpose and function of the component

The luggage floor panel support with a space for a warning vest has been designed for the BMW F74 Gran Coupe model to work with the factory floor and cargo area trim. The element stabilizes the floor panel, reduces deflection and unwanted vibrations, and simultaneously creates a dedicated zone for the vest, which improves the ergonomics of using the trunk. This solution allows for:

• maintaining a stable, level luggage floor surface,
• organized storage of the warning vest in a designated place,
• easy access to safety equipment without the need to search the entire trunk.

Integration with BMW interior trim

As an element from the Linings, decorative strips, and trims group, the luggage floor support is stylistically matched to the factory BMW interior finish. The construction provided by the manufacturer ensures visual consistency with other panels and linings, which is important for maintaining the original character of the cabin and luggage compartment. Proper fitment with adjacent elements reduces unwanted play and noise while driving, and also facilitates the removal and reinstallation of the luggage floor during maintenance or cleaning work.

Characteristics of the used part

The offered luggage floor support with a space for a warning vest is a used part, sourced from a dismantled BMW vehicle. Such components are frequently chosen for repairs and replacing missing trim elements because they allow for maintaining the original vehicle specification at reasonable costs. The used element retains the construction and geometry intended by the manufacturer, which promotes trouble-free installation in the factory location.

Practical application and benefits of installation

By installing the luggage floor support with a warning vest holder, you gain:

• an organized luggage space with a clearly defined zone for safety accessories,
• easier access to the vest in emergency situations,
• better stability of the luggage floor during daily vehicle use. This is a practical solution especially for drivers who frequently use the trunk, transport various loads, and expect predictable floor behavior as well as quick access to mandatory equipment.
