Purpose and fitment for BMW 3 Series LCI

The headlight has been designed for installation in the front left part of the body, ensuring proper illumination of the road and compatibility with the geometry of the factory lighting system of the BMW E90/E91 facelift. The lamp construction is adapted to the body lines of the LCI version, ensuring visual consistency of the vehicle's front and correct seating in the bumper and fender. As an Unbranded product, the headlight is a cost-effective alternative to parts signed with the manufacturer's logo, while maintaining the functionality required for daily use. The used condition of the item makes it a reasonable choice for post-accident repairs or restoring the vehicle to full efficiency after lighting damage.

Headlight construction and function in the lighting system

The front left headlight is responsible for proper illumination of the road ahead of the vehicle, as well as the vehicle's visibility to other road users. The lamp housing is prepared to work with the factory mounting points in the BMW E90/E91 LCI, which facilitates installation and allows for maintaining the correct light beam setting. The optical system of the headlight has been designed to generate a clear, uniform light beam, essential both during city driving and on the road. The transparent lens and properly shaped interior of the lamp support effective illumination of the roadside and road lines, which translates into safety and driving comfort.

Condition, verification, and practical application

The item is used, which means it may show signs of previous use, but it remains functional for further operation. This type of headlight works well for budget repairs when the priority is to restore full lighting efficiency without the need to invest in a new lamp. Before installation, it is recommended to perform a standard check of the mounting points, bulb sockets, and housing tightness, followed by a proper adjustment of the height and direction of the light beam at a diagnostic station. Such an approach allows for fully utilizing the potential of the headlight and ensuring compliance with technical inspection requirements.

Benefits of using the DEPO headlight in a BMW E90/E91

Using this headlight in a BMW 3 Series facelift allows for:

• restoring efficient front lighting after a collision or mechanical damage,
• maintaining a consistent look of the vehicle's front thanks to the matched lamp shape,
• reducing repair costs by choosing a used replacement component,
• maintaining correct light geometry after proper headlight adjustment. For users who pay attention to the technical side of repairs, it will also be important that the headlight has an assigned OEM part number and interchangeable numbers, which facilitates verification of compatibility with a specific car configuration.
