Application and fitment for Audi models

The presented rear left side seat panel has been designed specifically for Audi A4 B8 and Audi A5 8T models, ensuring it maintains factory lines, mounting geometry, and the characteristic interior design. Its placement in the rear part of the vehicle on the left side guarantees proper fitment with the seat cushion, backrest, and other upholstery elements. The black imitation leather allows for a harmonious blend with the standard upholstery, without visible differences in color or texture, which is particularly important during partial interior restoration.

Construction, material, and color

The panel is made of durable, easy-to-maintain black synthetic leather, selected for its resistance to the daily use of the rear seat. The component's construction has been developed to stably cover the side of the seat, masking its supporting structure and mounting points. The black color ensures a universal fit for most Audi A4 B8 and A5 8T interior configurations, while helping to maintain the consistent, subdued character of the cabin expected in premium class vehicles.

Function in the seat structure

The lateral seat panel performs several important functions in the rear part of the interior:

• covers the side seat structure and mounting elements, improving cabin aesthetics,
• stabilizes the upholstery finish in the side area, limiting its movement,
• protects the edges of the seat from accidental scuffs when entering and exiting the vehicle,
• helps maintain a uniform side line of the rear bench. Thanks to this, replacing a damaged panel with a functional part allows you to easily visually refresh the rear interior without the need to interfere with the entire upholstery.

Characteristics of the used product

The item comes from disassembly, which means it is an original Audi part with factory shape and fitment. A used panel is a sensible choice for interior repairs when you want to maintain consistency with factory equipment while optimizing costs compared to new components. In the case of upholstery elements, it is particularly important to maintain consistency in color, material, and geometry – using an original panel from the same model line significantly facilitates installation and minimizes the risk of mismatch.
