Purpose and fitment

The presented window is dedicated to the rear left side of the BMW E92 coupé body, which guarantees proper geometry, bending radius, and fitment with the door frame. Its placement on the vehicle on the rear left side allows for seamless integration with factory seals, guides, and mounting mechanisms intended for this model. Its original BMW origin ensures the maintenance of the correct glass thickness, edge profile, and compatibility with factory body components, which minimizes the risk of stress, rattling, or leaks after installation.

Glass characteristics and functional properties

The green-tinted glass provides a pleasant, slightly darkened feel inside the cabin, improving driving comfort in sunny conditions. The AS2 marking indicates compliance with relevant light transmission and safety requirements, which is crucial for side windows in modern vehicles. The uniform shade of green allows for visual consistency of the vehicle's entire glazing, ensuring the window blends well with other body elements and does not disrupt the factory look of the BMW E92.

Condition, origin, and benefits of choosing a used part

The component comes from dismantling and is offered as a used BMW side window, which represents a reasonable compromise between cost and maintaining original OEM quality. Choosing original glass from dismantling allows you to maintain factory fitment parameters while reducing expenses compared to a new component. Practical installation tips

When replacing a side window in a BMW E92, it is recommended to:

• thoroughly clean the door frame and seals before installation,
• check the condition of the guides and mounting elements,
• verify the operation of the opening and closing mechanism after installation. Professional installation will allow you to fully utilize the advantages of the original glass, reducing the risk of wind noise, leaks, or uneven adhesion to the seals.
