Purpose and body fitment

The presented glass is designed for installation in the front right door of the Toyota Yaris P9 model. Its placement in the side zone of the body means the component works with the guides, window regulator, and door seals, creating a tight and functional system. The applied green tint of the glass improves optical comfort inside the vehicle, reducing cabin heating and glare, which translates into more stable conditions for the driver and passenger.

Glass characteristics and AS2 standard

The glass marked with the AS2 class meets rigorous requirements regarding light transmission and safety of use in the side zone of the vehicle. This type of glass is designed to dissipate impact energy in a controlled manner in the event of damage, which reduces the risk of serious injury. The green shade of the glass is factory-matched to the styling line of the body and other glazing, ensuring visual consistency of the entire vehicle.

Benefits of using an original Toyota glass

Using an original door glass in the Toyota Yaris P9 ensures:

• proper fitment with the door frame and seals without the need for modifications,
• correct operation with the window lifting mechanism,
• preservation of the factory glass geometry, which minimizes stress during operation,
• consistent shade and level of tint relative to other windows in the vehicle. Thanks to this, the installation process is efficient, and after replacement, there are no typical problems such as excessive wind noise, leaks, or difficult operation of the window regulator. For workshops and users, this means a stable, predictable service result and the preservation of the vehicle's factory character.

Used condition and practical aspects of installation

The item comes from the secondary market, which allows combining a favorable purchase cost with the preservation of the manufacturer's original specifications. The Toyota Yaris P9 Front Door Window Glass Glazing Right O/S AS2 Green is suitable for use both in post-accident repairs and when replacing damaged or scratched operational glass. It is recommended to entrust the installation to a workshop with experience in working with body glazing components to ensure proper alignment in the guides and correct pressure against the seals.
